Cancellation policy

Flexible reservations can be cancelled/modified free of charge up until 14:00 the day prior to arrival. Cancellation/modification after this will incur a penalty of the 1^st night of the stay.

Advance purchase reservations cannot be cancelled/modified. Covid is no longer considered an unprecedented event and will not be accepted as a reason for waiving cancellation charges.
