The Belgrave London Surprise Christmas Gift Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The “Surprise Christmas Gift” (the “Promotion”) is open to guests who make qualifying bookings at The Belgrave London for stays falling in between 24-25 December 2023.
  • To be eligible, participants must book directly through The Belgrave London’s official website or reservation line during the Promotion Period.
  • Bookings made through third-party websites or travel agencies are not eligible.

2. Promotion Period:

  • The Promotion is applicable for stays falling between 24-25 December 2023.

3. Qualifying Bookings:

  • Participants must book directly through The Belgrave London’s official website or reservation hotline during the Promotion Period. Bookings made through third-party websites or travel agencies are not eligible.
  • Eligible guests who have already booked before the announcement of the Promotion will automatically qualify for the promotion.

4. Surprise Christmas Gift Range:

  • Participants who make qualifying bookings will receive a random surprise Christmas gift upon check-in.
  • The surprise Christmas gifts range in value from £12 to £239. Only one gift carries the top value, the rest for qualifying bookings gifts are valued between £12 to £22.50.

5. Gift Allocation:

  • The allocation of gifts will be determined randomly.
  • Gifts are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • One gift per room only.
  • Participants who check out and subsequently check back in during the campaign period will not qualify for an additional gift. Each room is eligible for one gift throughout the duration of the campaign.

6. Gift Redemption:

  • Participants will receive their surprise Christmas gift at the time of check-in.
  • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. Exclusions:

  • The Belgrave London employees, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in the administration or judging of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

8. Publicity:

  • By participating in the Promotion, participants grant The Belgrave London the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Promotion Modifications:

  • The Belgrave London reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
